Step 1: Launch Windows In Workspace by pressing “Win+W” and then select “Screen Sketch”.

Step 2: Screen Sketch will firstly capture a screenshot of your current screen. Then you can edit, crop the screenshot with tools inside.

This function works well no matter you want to capture specific area or whole screen. Of course, this function is not so convenience as hotkeys. Especially when you want to capture some flash screen.

Step 3: After editing finished, please copy the screenshot with Ctrl+C and then you can paste the screenshot to any place with Ctrl+V.
