1. Set Default Format as JPG

If you don’t have high demand on high image quality, you can change the storage format.

Steps: Tap on [Settings] – [Camera] – [Formats]. Select [High Efficiency] or [Most Compatible]. The former option means HEIC files while you should select [Most Compatible] if you want to save photos as JPG on iPhone.

2. Convert Format during Transfer

To save more photos with less storage space, you should save photos as HEIC. Then, you can set to convert the HEIIC files to JPG when they are exported from iPhone to the other devices.
