① Press the volume up button and quickly release it.
② And then press the volume down button and quickly release it.

For iPhone 7 and 7 Plus:
Keep holding the power button and the volume button down at the same time for 10 seconds until the device starts and the Apple logo is displayed.
For iPhone 6 and earlier models:
① Hold the power button and the Home button at the same time.
② After the iPhone’s black screen appears, release the Home button and hold the power button until the Apple logo appears.
③ Once the Apple logo is gone, the iPhone will successfully shut down.
3. Check the update
In the iOS 13, Apps downloaded from the App Store are set to automatic update in default. For other iOS versions, it is necessary to manually update the Apps if the automatic update is not activated.
Open the App Store and tap [Update] next to the App. Or, touch [Update All] .
4. Remove and reinstall Apps
If the App is up to date, simply delete it and reinstall.
Go to [Settings] , [General] and [iPhone Storage] . Select the App that influences the performance of the iPhone and touch [Offload App].
