① First, download and install Renee iPassFix. Then, open the software.
② Connect iPhone to the computer with the cable. Then, select [Remove Device Passcode].
③ Select the iOS version and click on [UNLOCK ME].
④ After that, disconnect iPhone from the computer. The lock-screen passcode has been removed at that time.

- iPhone X or later: Press and quickly release the Volume Up button. Press and quickly release the Volume Down button. Step 3: Click [Restore] when iTunes asks you to select Restore or Update. After restoration, you can set your new iPhone.
