Abnormal USB Cable Connection

If you receive the notification that “Can not Connect to iTunes Store”, please check the USB cable at first. The lightning cable is easily to get broken. Also poor connection will also lead to recognition failure. Please double check the connection between the USB cable and the USB port.

iTunes is not Update to Date

If the iTunes is not the latest edition, please update it and restart the software before reconnecting the device to computer.

Apple Mobile Device Service is not Enabled

iTunes won’t recognize iPhone after connecting to computer if the Apple Mobile Device Service is off. To enable this service, please follow: right-click [Computer], select [Manage] in the menu, go to [Services and Applications] and then [Service]. Find and double-click [Apple Mobile Device Services] on the right side. Then click [Start] and [OK] to turn it on. After that, please restart the device and try again.

Driver Software Fails to Work

Besides, please make sure the normal work of the drive software in computer device management. Go Right-click [Computer], select [Manage] in the menu, go to [Device Manager]. Find and double click [Universal Serial Bus controllers]. Check if there is any device is following by a symbol of “!”. If yes, please update the driver software and then reconnect the iOS device to computer.

Besides, if your computer won’t recognize iPhone because of lacking related driver software of iOS devices, please try to reinstall Apple Mobile Device USB Driver. Follow steps below

1. Disconnect iPhone from computer.

2. Reconnect iPhone to computer and keep iTunes off.

3. Press “Win” + “R” to rise the “Run” window.

4. Type the following command %ProgramFiles%Common FilesAppleMobile Device SupportDrivers and click “OK”.

5. Right-click file named usbaapl64.inf or usbaapl.inf and click [install].

Please note usbappl64 or usbaapl will be used to name other files as well. Make sure the files you click to install is with the suffix of “.inf”. If you are not sure which software should be chose, please right-click anywhere in the file explorer and click [View] and [Details], which could help you find out the correct file to install.

6. Disconnect iPhone from computer again and restart computer.

7. After restart, please reconnect your iPhone to computer and launch iTunes.
