Summary

Approach 1: Disk Cleanup

Steps:
1. In File Explorer, right-click [Local Disk (C:)] to select [Properties].

Approach 2: Windows Settings

Steps:
1. Open [Windows Settings] by clicking its icon in the left pane of the Start menu.
2. Click [System] > [Storage].

3. Select the disk you want to clean up, generally C disk.

4. Windows 10 will display what is taking up space. Click on [Temporary files].

5. In the following checkbox, check [Temporary files] and [Downloads folder], then click the button [Remove files] to delete files.

Approach 3: Command Prompt

Steps:
1. Press [Win + R] to open the Run box. Type [%temp%] and then press Enter key.

Part 2. What If Windows 10 Temporary Installer Files cannot be Deleted
