1. Clear SD Card & Reconnect

First, you should check the connection between the SD card and GoPro when the errors “NO SD” and “SD ERR” occur. Please ensure that the SD card is completely inserted into GoPro. 2. Reformat SD Card

The NO SD error means that GoPro cannot recognize the SD card. You should take the SD card out and then connect it to the computer with the card reader.
