a. Bit rate

Bit rate is the number of bits that are conveyed per second. It is an important element of video quality. Generally, if the bit rate is higher, more video data will be conveyed and the video quality will be improved.

b. Frame rate

Frame rate is indicated to the frequency at which frames appear on a display screen per second. It determines the video fluency. If the frame rate is low, jerky motion will appear on the video. c. Definition
