2. Backup data to the cloud

After subscribing to PlayStation Plus, you can follow the steps below to back up your PS4 data to the cloud.

① Select your local user, then go to Settings > Power Saving Settings > Set Features Available in Rest Mode. Tick the checkbox next to “Keep connected to the Internet”.

② Go to Settings > Application Saved Data Management > Auto-Upload. Make sure (Enable automatic upload) is checked.

③ You can also set the list of games to be automatically uploaded, and the selected game data will be automatically uploaded to the cloud.
④ Finally select (Back) and (OK).
Note: When utilizing your account on a friend’s PS4, your device is only temporarily activated, which inhibits automatic game save uploads. It’s essential that you manually upload the save data.

③ Select (Upload) to start the upload process. You will be noted that the remaining storage capacity is in the lower right corner of the screen.

II. How to copy PS4 data to U disk?

① Connect the USB storage device to the PS4 host. Go to Settings > Application Saved Data Management > Saved Data in System Storage > Copy to USB Storage Device.

③ When the file being copied already exists in the USB storage device, a prompt will appear asking if you want to overwrite the existing data. The displayed date and time for each version allows the user to easily identify the most recent version. Choose (Yes) to replace the version in the USB memory or (No) to cancel the copying process.

2. How to backup U disk data with Renee Becca?
