2. Blur Subtitle

The function “Watermark remover” within Renee Video Editor Pro is a way to removing subtitles from the MP4 video. Gaussian blur and mosaic will be covered on subtitles. Here are the steps.

① Download and launch Renee Video Editor Pro. Select [Video Toolbox].

② Click [Add Files] to select the target video.

③ Enter into [Watermark].

④ Click the button [Watermark remover]. Then, move and adjust the box to cover the subtitle.

There are three modes of the watermark remover, namely [Delete logo], [Mosaic] and [Gaussian blur]. Choose any mode you like.

Level: The largest value of the blur level is 30. Just drag the bar to adjust the level.

Start/End: Set the start and end time for the effect.

⑤ Select MP4 as the output format and the storage location in the output folder. Finally, click [Start] to save the video.

3. Cut off Subtitle

The third way is to cut the subtitle off the MP4 video. We can complete this process through the function “Cut”. Next, we will show you how to remove the subtitles from MP4 video with this function.

① Open Renee Video Editor Pro and select [Video Toolbox].

② Click [Add Files] to select the target video.

③ Enter into [Rotate & Crop].

④ Drag the red select box to select the video screen. Then, the part out of the box will be cut off.

⑤ Confirm to save the setting and back to the main interface. Set MP4 as the output format and click [Start] to save the video.
