Specific steps are as follows:

2. How to restore data using Renee Passnow

Step 1: Download and install Renee Passnow on another computer that can log in and run normally. Connect the external U disk to the computer through the USB port, run Renee Passnow, and check the “Create a Live U disk” option in “Step 1: Choose the creation method”. (Note: Before proceeding, ensure that important files in the U disk are saved in other locations as the operation will delete all data in the U disk.)
Step 2: Select (x64) or (x86) based on system type, click (Download Now) to download ISO file, then click (Create Rescue USB) and (Eject USB) after USB boot disk is created.

Step 3: Connect the created boot device to the computer that needs to transfer data, turn on the computer, and then the computer screen will display the shortcut key to enter the BIOS (this interface is displayed for a short time, maybe only a second or two), and click the BIOS shortcut key continuously to enter the BIOS setting interface. In the BIOS (Boot) interface, set the USB device or CD-ROM drive as the preferred boot item, save and exit. Please refer to: How to enter BIOS and modify the boot order.
Note: If you create a rescue U disk, select (Removable Devices) as the first boot item, and if you create a rescue CD, select (CD-ROM Drive) as the first boot item.

Step 4: Wait for a while, after Renee Passnow is loaded, select the (Undeleter) option and click the (Run) button. Tip: If you want to transfer a large number of files in the computer hard disk to other external disks, you can select the (data backup) function to back up the data in the hard disk to other hard disks, which is more convenient and quicker.

Step 5: Select Whole Disk Scan or Whole Partition Scan to scan the hard disk.
